  • It's not just an issue as to how much manpower it takes to subdue the child; you also have to consider the risk of harm to the child and take the path of least resistance and risk.

  • Suspect is John Luebbers, age 43, a janitor at Louisiana Schnell Elementary. Students are safe and were evacuated to the El Dorado County Fairgrounds in Placerville. Children will be released from the Fairgrounds and not from the school. 100 Placerville Drive.
