The suspect, Stephen Litwin, contacted the Los Angeles County Sheriff's and reported the girls were fine. The Utah authorities will be questioning the father. Stephen Litwin contacted the authorities when he found the Amber Alert had been issued.

No details about or when the children will return to Bellflower and what charges Stephen Litwin could face.
