A Florida MISSING CHILD Alert has been issued for Riccara Latson, a black female, 7 years old, 4 feet 2 inches tall, 55 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, last seen in the area of the1100 block of 36th St. in West Palm Beach, wearing a red and plaid dress, black shoes white socks and gold hoop earrings. Riccara may be the company of her mother Catrena Jones last seen wearing a gray suit, purple shirt, black shoes and a large black and white polka dot hat.
