The suspect, Stephen Litwin, contacted the Los Angeles County Sheriff's and reported the girls were fine. The Utah authorities will be questioning the father. Stephen Litwin contacted the authorities when he found the Amber Alert had been issued.

Authorities say Steven Litwin has made threats to harm his two daughters.

The girls have been identified as 6-year-old Natalya Litwin and 2-year-old Katelyn Litwin, both White Females.

Steven Litwin 6'4", 165 Lbs, WM, brown hair, brown eyes and tattoos on left forearm.

Natalya Litwin 3'6", 50 Lbs, WF, brown hair, brown eyes.

Katelyn Litwin 2' 0", 45 Lbs, WF, brown hair, brown eyes.

Vehicle silver Mercury Mountaineer SUV, CA license 5LGE045, may be headed to Oakdale, Connecticut.
